Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts.
- We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technology and social media trends, where you will utilize viral and interactive content to create engaging experiences for our target and prospective audiences.
- You should have excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence during high levels of traffic and customer engagement.
- This role will be assigned to our Mobile Internet division.
Job Descriptions
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure
- brand consistency
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original test, photos, videos and news)
- Oversee social media account designs (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Social Media role, with hands-on experience in content management.
- Proven Blogging experience desired.
Candidate Requirements and Attributes
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Excellent copywriting skills, with a solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with web design and knowledge of online marketing channels

- Ability to monitor, analyze, review and report outcomes of social media campaigns
- Strong creative writing skills and ability to edit content required.

Job Title: Project Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Project Support Officer to serve as on-site quality assurance officer and handle on-site inspections of ongoing construction projects.
Job Description
- Follow set procedures in inspecting and reporting quality issues relating to on-site vendor output.
- Monitor the quality of project execution and supervise and guide technicians and other staff in installation of various materials at designated locations
- Appraise delivery according to requirements and ensure delivery of satisfactory materials, as per request.
- Report all on-site malfunctions to administrative teams to ensure immediate action.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory standards are met in relation to outdoor branding.
- Achieves standards by effectively and efficiently planning and scheduling on-site visits and related travel as required.
- Assists team leadership with information and status of immediate improvement and concerns of projects

Job Title: Key Accounts Supervisor - Mobile VAS

- We are looking for a Key Account Supervisor with experience in Mobile VAS Business Development/Sales to join our Mobile Application/Services Platform.
Job Description
- Client Servicing, Image Building of the Organization. Identify and explore business needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and planned account management activity
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place and competitor activity.
- Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc.
- Responsible for the development of the retail market for the VAS Services through the enlistment and handling of daily management of download operators under assigned territory in assigned region(s).
- Proactively lead a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets
- Responsible for the training of retail download teams, technical support and maintenance cooperation
- Cooperate with the operation department relating to the operational activities of the download teams
- Decomposition and completion of the number of downloads and installation on mobile phones on a monthly basis.
- Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer
- Supervise the market orientation, improve platform reputation, and expand market share and scale.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Key account sales of mobile sales/marketing, with a proven sales track record of Telecom and/or VAS services/solutions
- Experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Relation Management and Sales & BD
- Must reside/work in Lagos.
- Strong working knowledge of Telecom Systems
- Sound understanding of regulatory policies in the Nigeria with good insight into the telecoms industry
