Golden Haville is a business organization that develop business plan for government and private agencies. We also conduct survey for organisations. We're also into project management and information technology     Job Title: Front Desk Officer Location: Nigeria Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms and paper
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate departments and take down messages.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails
  • Maintain records and files
Requirements:
  • OND/HND/Bsc
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic book keeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi tasking abilities
  • Strong knowledge of MS office programs
