  • We are looking to hire a Social Media Manager who will also carry out front desk duties as required.
Responsibilities As a Social Media Manager:
  • Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
  • Prepare and communicate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Monitor trends in social media relating to the brand
  • Monitor the activities of competitors and similar brands in social media
  • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
  • Create graphic designs and take pictures as required
  • Manage all social media platforms and integrate social media into the business culture
  • Manage social media campaigns and day to day social media activities to measure
  • Create a social media calendar on a weekly or monthly basis to be shared with stakeholders for approval
  • Send out monthly newsletters
  • Create social media content
  • Manage presence on all social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Develop benchmark metrics the results of social media programs
As a Front Desk Manager:
  • Create and execute a social media strategy
  • Create budgets for social media activities
  • Handle all creatives and online communication.
  • Welcome guests and clients with excellent customer service
  • Ensure the front desk and the entire office is always neat
  • Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies
  • Receive clients’ inquiries and forward where necessary
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate offices
  • Maintain records and files
Requirements
  • Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content
  • Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Vibrant, cheerful, smart and pleasant
  • Great with Microsoft office tools
  • Possess a strong social media power and have a proven background building a quality online following for a business
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
