Responsibilities
  • Attending all meetings and trainings conducted by the company as required
  • Create awareness in their designated territories and carry out direct sales to end-users.
  • Find new customers and constantly expand the business
  • Manage the assigned cluster and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock out to end users.
  • To develop sales through effective identification and analysis of the needs of prospective clients
  • To achieve or exceed performance targets
  • To provide quality after sales services to clients
  • To ensure effective reporting and administration in accordance with company standards/timelines
  • Time management
Requirements
  • Experience working in a rapid sales growth environment
  • An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Strong will for pushing sales is highly required.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset
  • Ability to operate a smart phone
  • Minimum of a qualification (OND/HND/B.Sc) in a Business related field
  • Ability to drive
  • Previous sales experience with demonstrable and successful sales track record
  • Ability to communicate in English and Local language effectively
  • Relevant industry background in a related FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Breakdown of Remuneration
  • Transport Allowance
  • Commission on every product sold
  • Variable Pay on percentage of target sold monthly
