Job Title: Key Account Management Specialist Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Descriptions
  • Working with team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverable according to proposed timelines
  • Monitoring all digital marketing channels of the client and forwarding leads and responding to inquiries in a timely manner that is in line with our SLA
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
  • Creating and following up on new leads from all channels
  • Creating Proposals and Quotes based on filled client questionnaires or scope of work documents submitted by clients
  • Developing lead generation workflow for Key Accounts
  • Developing and implementing a B2B sales & marketing strategy for the
  • Training Services offered by the company
  • Business Development strategy development to generate new leads for the business to serve all service areas as well as trainings we offer.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with brands that are aligned to our vision and mission.
  • On-Boarding Clients and Managing new client on-boarding process
  • Ability to run on-boarding workshops with clients and develop turn-key
  • Digital marketing strategies and implementation plans for clients
  • Negotiating contracts with client and drawing up project implementation plans
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed client profile and developing a complete understanding of key accounts needs
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients and Futuresoft
  • Daily communication with clients via meetings, phone calls, Whatsapp chats or emails
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal team
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Reminding clients of deliverable and ensuring project timelines are met
