• Help and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Give customers information about products and services
• Take orders and process appropriately
• Monitor customers supply and give feedback on level of service satisfaction.

• 2-3 years working experience in related field
• HND/B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good reporting skills
