Introduction
Key Focus:
- This role is individually accountable for providing immediate response to administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment. Technical knowledge is limited to some products and or processes

Descriptor:
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
- Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same.
- Technical knowledge is limited to some products and or processes
- Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
- Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
- Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediaries.
- Responds to immediate requirements within procedure.
Key Result Areas
Documentation Processing:
- Responds to immediate administrative requirements within procedure.
- Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
- Delivers on daily production standards.
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a maximum of three months.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
- Accepts and lives the company values.
Quality Assurance:
- Performs quality checks on own work.
- Adheres to service and quality standards.
Relationship Building:
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships.
Administration & Support:
- Performs administrative duties for one or more managers including scheduling appointments, diary maintenance, filing and typing.
- May act as a receptionist and could also perform administrative duties.
- Might be expected to field calls or queries.
- Works on instruction from manager.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum first Degree holder.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Individual must be very reliable.
- 5 years experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Must possess high levels of responsibility and accountability.
