We are a  marketing agency, with core business being events management and experiential marketing located in Ikeja, Lagos. We are urgently looking for a qualified candidate for immediate employment.     Job Title:Agency Account Executive / Client Service Manager Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Brief We are looking for an experienced agency Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. If you are familiar with marketing/experiential and consulting agency industry, have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with the client and assist senior leadership in developing the broader partnership
  • Lead projects internally from brief to execution, including writing the brief, collaborating with Creative and managing team workflow
  • Provide frequent client updates to the Account Director
  • Become a brand, category and retailer expert
  • Recognize potential issues and opportunities proactively and initiate the appropriate responses to help the agency get out in front
  • Oversee project budgets and retainer burn rates
  • Manage and develop junior staff and oversee their project management responsibilities
  • Present work to clients in a way that shows ownership of the brands and their success, not just of the project you are supporting
  • Work with client and agency vendors as needed
  • Actively participate in strategic planning sessions and creative meetings with a point of view
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency, marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions
  • Strategic thinking in the development of Shopper Marketing programs and management of day to day business
  • Sound decision-making skills based in agency, client, and industry knowledge
  • Passion about business and not satisfied with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned client/business
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure
