Job Title: Investment Advisor

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a results driven Investment Advisor with a passion for sales and client engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, guiding clients through site inspections, and closing sales.
  • This role requires a proactive, goal oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate client needs.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Conversion: Facilitate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide daily reports on sales activities and progress.
  • Client Management: Offer and collect sales agreements from clients, ensuring accurate documentation and support.
  • Client Engagement: Set up meetings with potential clients, conduct site inspections, and present investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and results driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling client agreements and sales documentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to take on additional tasks related to the role as needed.
  • Team player.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client needs and offer suitable investment solutions.

Salary
N80,000 with commissions on every sale.
