  • Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
  • Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Call potential clients to expand their customer base
  • Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Plan performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
  • Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavours

Requirements
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Solid interpersonal/presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English communication, Prospecting, Analysis skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, ready to achieve, hungry to change status and build own network in selling insurance to family, contacts, and network.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Must have relevant degree
  • Must have 2-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Minimum of first degree in Insurance or other relevant fields.
