Human Resources (HR) Executive at Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited


Rotawn Energy & Logistics specializes and has the requisite expertise and experience in the provision of offshore support vessels services, maritime security services, Ship to Ship (STS) berthing/transfer operations, SBM, all forms of mooring activities and is poised to take on the challenge of delivering a wide range of maritime services to the oil industry in the entire Gulf of Guinea, in conjunction with our foreign technical partners.

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Handle employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career advancement.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
  • Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HRrelated matters.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related challenges and support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Associate member of a recognized professional body relevant to this job function
  • B.Sc in relevant field of study
  • Experience: At least, 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years old.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
