Job Purpose
- Ensure total policy implementation and a conducive working atmosphere.

- Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – PZWilmar
Dimensions:
- Responsible for all HR assets worth of 10m.
- Responsible for day to day good working relationship of the employees and reasonable welfare of all.
- 33 management staff, 144 junior employees
Principal Accountabilities
- Partner factory line managers to ensure smooth implementation of operational agenda/employee relation tasks. Ensuring actions are aligned to HR policies e.g. Recruitment, Exit management, Discipline, Engagement, Welfare
- Work collaboratively with our HR colleagues in the center of expertise to execute agreed development plans for the site
- Utilize employee data (turnover, absence, performance, demographies, talent and reward) to proactively diagnose potential issues.
- Responsible for the implementation of the management systems(OHSMS, EMS, GMP, QMS) in the department
- Implementation of energy conservation within the department
- Support Supply Chain Africa to implement the change project/reorganisations in Family Care to ensure alignment to the new structures and ways of working.
- Partner Line managers create the appropriate performance culture in their teams by ensuring robust and consistent performance in the work place.
Internal & External Relationships:
- Learning and Development Manager
- Recruitment Manager
- Relates with Finance for budgeting and reviews
- Works with all services providers (Steam Masters, Ola Johnson, Delog etc companies for effective service(s) delivery.
- Works with SHE to ensure safety of staffs and visitors.

- PZW – (Ikorodu) Leadership Team
- Collaborates with all the Head of Departments for production plans to be successful
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed
- A First Degree in any Social Science or a similar discipline
- CIPM qualified or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist – working within an integrated HRM model.
- Talent Management – proven ability in developing/utilizing talent frameworks/tools(e.g. gathering insights on key talent, development, career and succession, retention)
- Networking/relationship building
- Good understanding of the Nigerian Labor law and Employee Relations
- Working knowledge of Change management
