Job Title: HR Assistant (Recruitment & Operations)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruitment and operational HR functions.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and hiring talent, maintaining HR records, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training documentation.
  • Provide support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.
  • Support the preparation and updating of HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage HR files and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  • Support the organization of training programs and development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with payroll for employee information updates and changes.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Experience working with an outsourcing company
  • Remote work experience
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
