We are recruiting to fill the position of:

 

Job Title: Human Resources / Administrative Coordinator

Location: Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring transparency and audibility of management accounting and ensures conformity of all costs, whether direct or indirect to the approved cost control procedure.
  • Responsible for ensuring correct cost allocation.
  • Provide correct budgets and cost estimates for the Company.
  • Periodical update of Budgeting & Cost Control procedure in accordance with the established procedure.
  • Communicate and highlight on a timely basis any important issues related to Project cost and budget, after verification with the project control team.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Annual Budget and Budget revisions in accordance with the business plan.
  • Responsible for coordinating in conjunction with the Project Control Team; extract the Project Budget and consolidate the Company’s budget three times in a year.
  • Responsible for producing, issuing, and sharing cost control reports.
  • Efficiently organize work inside the team to avoid any irregularities during vacation period and continuously supervise and coach the members of cost control team of the Company.
  • Responsible to improve and develop relevant Budgeting and Cost Control processes within the Company.
  • Handle any other Cost Control roles that may be assigned from time to time by Group Finance Director, etc

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience.
