We are located in the heart of Nigeria - Abuja, with branches in Lagos, and Anambra state. We provide first class psychological and psychiatric care, with a range of therapeutic programs suited to individual needs.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Human Resource Officer Location: Abuja
Job Description
  • Develop a database for shortlisted candidates
  • Arrange recruitment and staffing logistics;
Induction and Integration:
  • Develop a checklist for new staff documentation
  • Create staff files using the checklist to ensure all documents are present and complete
  • Assist in background and reference check
  • Maintain an updated employee directory
  • Follow up on appraisals and probation reminders
  • Introduce new staff to existing staff members personally and via email
  • Ensure up-to-date company employee communication;
Leave, Holidays and Absences:
  • Draft public holiday schedule for staff
  • Maintain an annual leave register
  • Performance management and improvement tracking systems;
  • Maintain an attendances register for staff and Investigate reasons for absences
General Administration:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR systems and practices
  • Ensure up-to-date company employee communication;
  • Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information
  • Maintain up-to-date HR filing system;
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or Business Administration.
  • Any professional certification (CIPMN, CIPD,) would be an added advantage
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Excellent relationship management.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Must have 1- 2 years’ work experience as an HR professional
  • Proficient IT and computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
