SIAO HRC is a subsidiary of SIAO, an independent Nigerian professional services firm which boasts of a crop of seasoned professionals with local and international experience positioned to providing excellent Human Resource Consultancy services, financial advisory services, legal and compliance services, taxation and business assurance. Specifically, the Firm is managed by Alumni of KPMG, PWC, EY, PKF Professional Services and Grant Thornton.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Director

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• HR Generalist Capabilities
• Ability to Lead and Develop Teams
• Strong aptitude for Industrial Relations and ability to manage all levels within the organization
• Capacity to implement payroll and other compensation management system that’s tied to productivity
• Diverse and Culturally mature utilizing supportive policies to drive inclusiveness
• Engage Top Management and Leadership while cascading leadership vision across team.
• Provide a Performance management system that speaks to Revenue Optimization
• Develop a work climate that fosters continuous engagement
• Clear understanding of Industry Requirements around compliances and business driven certifications
• Implement a Learning Management System that fosters impactful Talent Development and Trainings

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Management
• 10+ years relevant work experience.
• A member of HRCI CIPM SHRM CIPD or other recognized HR certification bodies
• Must have functional experience in Energy Insurance.
