Job Title: HR / Office Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR/Office Manager to join our team.The HR / Office Manager will be responsible for managing human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding-Develope and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations-Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Performance Management- Implement performance review processes and tools.
  • HR Policies and Compliance-Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Office Management:

  • Office Operations-Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Financial Administration-Assist with expense tracking, process invoices, reimbursements and payroll in collaboration with the finance department
  • Health and Safety-Develop and implement office health and safety policies.
  • Administrative Support-Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
