Job Title: Liquid Mud Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all mud plant operations.
- Responsible for daily production, fluids testing and quality control, sales and coordination of dispatch for mud hauling.
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our clients’ expectations
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Be responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Qualifications
- 15 Years or More proven work experience as a plant manager.
- 10 years or more proven managerial experience.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
- The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contactors and others in the course of their duties;
- Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;
- Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;
- Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.

Job Title: Lead Software Development Officer

Job Description
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Requirements
Core Competency Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
- In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ and EF
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Experience with automated testing
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
Preferred Competency Requirements:
- Experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC3, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS
- Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Lync platform
- Experience with ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics/NAV or similar
- Experience of SAP

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of maintenance turnover, cost and revenue objectives.
- Lead and organise the maintenance team to ensure service quality and customers satisfcation.
- Develop and implement initiatives to continually develop OTIS maintenance contracts.
- Responsible for the overall safety of maintenance activities, including staff, subcontractors and third parties.
- Handle customers complain and apply Kaizen's procedure to avoid repetition of mistakes when they occur.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Mechanical/Electrical or Industrail Engineering.
- Post graduate degree in Buisness Management would be na added advantage
- Experience in similar role with any brand of Lift is an added advantage but not a compulsory requirement
- 10-12 years post graduate relevant experience in service or solution delivery industry.
- Resilient and result oriented.
