Towards strengthening the management team and enhancing organizational effectiveness in the Group Holding Company and some of its subsidiaries, our client is seeking excellent professionals to fill the position below:   Job Title: Head, Financial Control (Microfinance subsidiary) Job Code: HFC- 01 Location: Any-City, Nigeria Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance/accounting operations of the bank and directing its overall financial plans and accounting practices in accordance with internal, generally accepted accounting principles, standards and policies as well as regulatory prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years post-graduate hands on experience in &financial management role out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been in a similar position
• A recognized professional accounting certification (i.e ACA,ACCA or equivalent)
• A post graduate degree or any other qualifications /certification will  be an added advantage
• Must have undergone the Microfinance certification program and obtained a certificate in Microfinance issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
• A good University degree or HND) or its equivalent in Accounting or related field
