The Georgetown Global Health Nigeria (GGHN) is the operational arm and an affiliate of Georgetown University Centre for Global Health Practice and Impact (CGHPI) in Nigeria. GGHN is a Non–profit, Non-Governmental Organization in Nigeria that promotes best practices in health care delivery and research using local and internationally adapted models to strengthen health systems.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Grant Management Trainer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Jod Description

  • GGHN requires the service of individuals with skills and expertise in the expected deliverables

Expected Deliverables:

  • Develop training slides on the given topics.
  • Work in conjunction with GGHNto facilitate and delivertraining.
  • Support NCDC in any area of grant management in the course of the training.

Expected Topics:

  • Understanding the Grant cycle from NOFO application to close out.
  • Roles and Responsibilities of CDC officials (Project Officer, GMS, GMO) and Grants Recipient (PI, BO).
  • Allowable Costs
  • Grantee financial and programmatic reporting requirements and timelines
  • Audits.
  • Cost Considerations
  • Indirect Rates

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc / M.Sc Degree.
