Graduate Account/ Admin Officer Job Vacancy in a Media firm based in Lagos


A reputable Media firm seeks to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the position below: Job Title: Graduate Account/ Admin Officer Location: Lagos Qualifications/Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Financial Management or Social Sciences is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience overall obtained from a well-structured corporate entity
  • Be Proficient in the use of Accounting Software(s) such as SAGE etc
  • Possess effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good Administrative skills
  • Must be able to prepare monthly financial reports for Admin department, review purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
  • Ability to prepare monthly financial accounts is compulsory
  • Possess good report writing skills
  • Be able to effectively use MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Competencies:
  • Accounting, Audit, Tax
  • Receive post & Reconcile revenues on a daily basis.
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Track and disburse Admin expenses, receipts and other financial transactions.
  • Procurement of supplies, maintenance of supplies and equipment in adequate stock and condition.
