Job Title: Digital Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Remote Working)

Job Summary

  • The Digital Manager oversees the company’s digital marketing efforts to enhance its online presence and drive profitability.
  • The Digital Manager, therefore, is responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various media channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media platforms etc.

Key Responsibilities
Planning And Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various media channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).

Measuring and Reporting Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborating with Internal and External Teams:

  • Liaise with content creators, designers, and developers to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital content.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for digital marketing initiatives.

Maintaining Social Media Presence:

  • Ensure the company has an effective and an engaging social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Supervise the company’s social media accounts and online reputation.

Staying Updated on Digital Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies and best practices in digital marketing to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing option), Marketing, Digital Media or related field;

Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing or consultancy industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Abreast with industry trends, innovations and industry dynamics.

Skills:

  • Ability to organize work schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing software and platforms.
  • Ability to think on feet, plan and prioritize work by deadlines.
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Presentation and Report Writing skills.
