Job Title: Gift Store Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Gift Store Manager located in Ikeja.
• The Gift Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.
• The role entails ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, overseeing inventory, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field preferred
• Customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in store management, preferably in a retail setting
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle customer inquiries or complaints
