Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Epe, Lagos
Job Description
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
- Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements
- Applicants should have a Minimum of OND/NCE in Animal Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, Biology, and other Science based courses with at least one year experience in similar Role.

Job Title: Plant Accountant
Location: Epe, Lagos
Job Description
- Assist the head of finance and admin in all areas of accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, balance sheet account reconciliations, and month-end closing;
- Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and project assignments as needed;
- Complete all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting entries required to close the books and to complete the individual plant cost books;
- Ensure accuracy of detail, organization, and timeliness of completion, in all areas of responsibility;
- Communicate clearly and promptly with plant and corporate office to ensure control & compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Assume personal responsibility to learn and grow fast within the ranks of the company
- Maintain the schedule for and performing all physical inventory reconciliations.
- Hands on approach to all plant inventories to include physical inventories, cycle counting, accurate valuation and improvement of all related processes. Must be plant’s leading expert in all inventory procedures and systems.
- Take on responsibility for all tasks assigned in the areas of monthly close, AP, AR and balance sheet reconciliations.
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have a Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Accounting with at least two years’ experience in similar Role.
- Knowledge of SAGE line 50, SAGE Evolution or SAGE 300 ERP.

Job Title: Microbiologist
Location: Epe, Lagos
Job Description
- Plan and carry out trials;
- Track environmental microorganism development;
- Grow microbe cultures;
- Collect samples from a variety of locations;
- Record, analyze and interpret data;
- Write research papers, reports and reviews;
- Keep up to date with scientific and research developments;
- Ensure that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines;
- Observe and maintain high health and safety standards;
- Inspect food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination or defect;
- Manage laboratories.
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have a Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Microbiology, Science Laboratory Technology (microbiology option) with at least two years’ experience in similar Role.

Job Title: Utility Technician
Location: Epe, Lagos
Job Description
- Successful candidate will be responsible operate and maintain equipment at the utility section by the approved policies & procedures of the company to ensure the availability of quality service to production & other areas of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all equipment under utilities to minimise down time.
- Carry out equipment monitoring as per checklist, document findings and recommend actions to be taken.
- Write equipment shift operation report.
- Lubricate equipment as specified in the lubrication chart and documentation.
- Clean and wash all stains on equipment after lubrication
- Ensure all safety sensors, reflector & safety controls are in good working condition.
- Use all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules
- Ensure the compliance to good manufacturing practice, food safety practice, good environmental management system, occupational Health and Safety practices in all line activities.
- Work hand-in-hand with production operators on the shop floor in maintaining their equipment.
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have a Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering with at least two years’ experience in similar Role.
- Must have completed the mandatory one year National youth Service.
