Description 

  • We’re looking for a Field Registration Officer, the ideal candidate will be someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • They will be responsible for conducting and registering prospective candidates / customers for online our Educational Support and investment Programme by conducting research or survey, managing data, and writing reports.
  • Location: Ohimini, Okpokwu, Guma, Gwer-East, Gwer West, Konshisha, Ushongu, Logo, Obi Oju, Otukpo, Vandeikya, Tarka, Ogbadibo
  • Applicant must resident in job location

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers.
  • Assist in registering prospective applicants/ customers on our portal as well as counseling prospective candidates for on coverage options
  • Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
  • Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
  • Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
  • Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and Consultants
  • solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned LGA office
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Oversee all aspects of field operations.
  • Oversee all field activities.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline
  • Excellent management, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Have a minimum of (three) 3 year experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
