The Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria (ACTN) was incorporated in August 2014 as an Association Limited by Guarantee (LTD/GTE) to foster the interests of Corporate Treasurers of non-financial organizations by providing a platform for policy advocacy, discussions on issues of mutual interest, education and standard development of the corporate treasury function.

Job Title: Membership Development Manager

Locations: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a talented professional with a proven track record in mobilizing professional individuals, digital marketing, and corporate services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our corporate membership, build strong relationships with existing members, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth through strategic lead generation, conversion, and retention
  • Own the entire membership lifecycle: prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity identification, and relationship building
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans with clear objectives, timelines, and tactics to achieve membership targets
  • Leverage digital channels (advertising, email, social media) to promote membership value and benefits
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build connections and foster partnerships
  • Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve issues
  • Provide support to new and existing members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Foster strong relationships with potential members, industry partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building
  • Design and implement targeted campaigns and promotional materials to maximize reach and impact

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a corporate organization, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and data gathering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Education: BSc or HND graduate.
  • Must be a resident of Lagos.
  • Must be young (below 35 years old).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media.
