About this Opportunity!

  • We are now looking for a Field Operation (FSO) Line Manager, are you interested?
  • In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.
  • All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers.
  • Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
  • As an FSO Line Manager, you will support service delivery directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
  • You will have a role to lead all the assigned teams across assigned regions as per business need with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions.
  • You will collaborate to ensure that work is performed within the scope of OHS requirements.

What you will do

  • Ensure service delivery execution within Network rollout projects
  • Build a productive work environment for individuals and drive performance management (process)
  • Drive competence management
  • Conduct Resource management
  • Look after unit finance within your group.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders i.e., sourcing, project teams, Sales team, OHS etc.
  • Ensure team resource utilization and efficiency
  • Be innovative in order to ensure the optimized project delivery

You will Bring!

  • Education: Engineering Degree in Telecom or equivalent
  • Financial competence and skills
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Adhering to principles and values
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
  • Min years of experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering FSO projects
  • Domain-experience: Network Roll out (RAN & Transmission)
  • Deep understanding of FSO Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  • Excellent Social and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have field experience and worked with ASP’s
  • Understands the structure and alignment of rollout teams
  • Hands on experience in Ericsson network rollout tools (Eritop, Erisite), finance tools (SAP Fiori).
