We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the site
• Source and negotiate vendors
• Energy optimization and efficiency
• Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
• Create and Update PPM
• Fixing minor issues in appliances or arranging for repairs when needed
• Report writing
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
• Budgeting and benchmarking for cost-effectiveness
• Space allocation and move management
• Ensuring there is compliance with all buildings regulations

Key Performance Index:

• Level of supervision on-site vendors to ensure work is satisfactorily done with zero client escalations.
• Rate of supervision on-site operatives to ensure proper utilization of site consumables to avoid wastage.
• Rate of information provided to facility manager for an update on facility
• Number of the weekly and monthly reports submitted before the stipulated deadline

Requirements

• B.Sc in Engineering, Management or other related fields
• 4 years’ work experience as a facilities supervisor
• Sound judgment and ability to think quickly during emergencies
• Additional certification as a facility manager will be a plus
• Ability to use Microsoft office
• Good Communication skills (written and oral)
• Good report writing skills
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
• Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
• Basic knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, chillier system and electrical is required
• Well-organized

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
