Job Description
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts and property developers.
- Target new and existing property developers to market PPN’s developers package to.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
- Track each sales stage on Zoho CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Fill in daily reports on google drive.
Competencies
- Must Familiar with the Real Estate Sector in Nigeria.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication/presentation, strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, present and execute strategy.
- Minimum of 4 years Professional sales experience.
Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Targeted business development
- Identifying new sales opportunities with existing accounts.
- Identify and capture potential new customers to develop new business opportunities.
- Source for Property Developers to sell company's product to.
- Work on existing developers to ensure retention.
- Ensure Key clients retention through effective customer relationship management
- Maximizing sales in designated region areas
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Able to handle difficult conversations effectively.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- High negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Database management and record keeping;
- Speaking: Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years Professional Sales Experience.
