Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks for our executives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive retreats. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and other event-related tasks as needed.
  • Provide administrative support on various projects, including research, data analysis, and preparing reports or presentations as required.
  • Manage the executive's daily schedule, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the executive. Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure all necessary materials are available for executive meetings.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for domestic and international trips. Manage travel expenses and reconcile expense reports.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, records, and confidential information. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for easy retrieval.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, on behalf of the executive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions as necessary.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proven experience (2 years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
