Job Title: Executive Assistant (with HR and Digital Skills)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also leveraging HR and digital skills to enhance the efficiency of our operations.
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO and to play a critical role in coordinating and optimizing various aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Utilize digital tools and software to enhance efficiency in administrative tasks, such as file organization, data entry, and email management.
  • Handle digital communication on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a professional and responsive image for the company.
  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, and transportation for the CEO as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, ensuring all attendees are well-informed and action items are followed up on.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to streamline recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding and off-boarding procedures for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain personnel records and handle HR-related documentation, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
