Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle correspondence and prepare documents.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including itineraries and documentation.

Communication Management:

  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Draft and send official communications.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain files, handle confidential information.

Project Assistance:

  • Assist with project planning and execution, conduct research.

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies and maintain the executive office environment.

Expense Management:

  • Track and reconcile expenses, prepare reports.

Event Planning:

  • Organize company events and manage logistics.

Problem Solving:

  • Anticipate and address scheduling and administrative issues.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

Special Projects:

  • Handle special assignments and support business initiatives.
