Unilag Estate, Magodo GRA, Phase 1, Isheri, under the management of the Unilag Magodo Residents Association (UMRA), requires the services of an individual for immediate employment in the position below:

Job Title: Estate Officer

Location: Magodo GRA, Phase 1, Lagos

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a BSc / HND in Estate Management or other related fields of Environmental Management discipline from a reputable Institution.
• Ability for overall supervision of Estate administrative personnel and liaison between the Executive Committee and residents.
• Candidate with cognate experience in similar housing estates with computer literacy and living within the Estate or neighbourhood shall be preferred.
• Candidate should not be more than 40 years
• Must be technically and practically sound on the job
• Must be self-driven, articulate and must have passion in achieving set goals

Salary
Very Attractive based on experience and determined by capacity to deliver on work schedule for  the responsibiiities of the Office.
