Our oils are used as healthy cooking medium. Soybean meal and palm kernel de-oiled cake are used in premier poultry / animal feed.

Job Title: Engineering / Technical Store Manager

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized Engineering Store Manager to oversee our engineering inventory and materials management.
  • This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficient production processes within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities 
Inventory Management:

  •  Maintain accurate records of engineering materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement of materials as needed to support production schedules.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.

Supplier Management: 

  • Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to understand their material requirements and ensure availability.
  • Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and production departments to streamline workflows.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in storing and handling materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and procurement activities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management practices.

Qualifications
Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
