Teknokleen Limited - In August 1990, Teknokleen Limited was incorporated to conduct the business of hygiene services and consultancy. Through strategic management and planning, it has become a Group with subsidiaries involved in the business of integrated facility management services, sales and distribution of cleaning equipments, products and accessories, catering equipment, FF&E items for the hospitality industry, paper products as well as toilet fittings refurbishment services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Procurement / Transaction Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Details

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Evaluate and process supplier invoices and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
  • Assist in managing procurement budgets and controlling costs to ensure optimal spending.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and generate reports on procurement activities, transactions, and savings to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement operations and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and facilitate timely purchasing of required materials or services.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations to secure the best prices, terms, and quality of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in procurement, transaction management, or supply chain operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
