We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Employee Service Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR team to ensure the retention of the right talents for the organization by ensuring high morale, motivation, and harmonious work relations between management & employees
  • Assist in crafting and own the enforcement of the staff code of conduct, staff manual, and the Sanction grid, and proper management of all forms of staff disengagement.
  • Ensure proper management of all company assets/facilities, internal communications, and HSE/Security issues.
  • Manage all applicable expenses to ensure they are in line with company policy and within approved limits
  • To assist in formulating and implementing robust Human Capital plans that align with the Corporate Strategy of the brand and its sister Companies
  • Professionally administer staff payroll/Pension ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in driving desired corporate culture and change management To assist in ensuring compliance with all government laws/regulations and proper management of relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure that on-the-job coaching, supervision, and guidance are available to guarantee optimal productivity from Staff
  • Ensure timely routine reports are available.
  • To assist in maintaining comprehensive organizational charts, and a robust succession plan that will guarantee a continuous stream of talents to man any vacant positions in the organization.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field
  • Possess good understanding of Excel
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: PHR or SPHR certificate or equivalent Human Resources training desired.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: ER Generalists.
  • Experience: Six (6) years of experience in Human Resources with supervisory experience.
  • Specific Skills: Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and policies.
  • Experience with Payroll and excellent.
