Job Title: Demand planning Manager - Sub Saharan Africa

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Reports to: Supply Services Manager SSA

Description

• Want to be right at the heart of things? As a Demand planning Manager Sub Saharan Africa with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to influence and improve operations at every step.  
• This role has a team of 2 reporting into it
• Pivotal to our ability to deliver on our commitments, you’ll be responsible for accurate demand forecasting.
• From planning production to purchasing finished goods and forecasting future revenue.
• You’ll take new information – such as sales or promotional activity - and historic trends and understand the impact on demand. You’ll challenge when necessary.
• Critically, you’ll provide clear communication between our sales, finance, supply and manufacturing teams.

You’ll Succeed Because…

• You have delivered outstanding results in a planning or similar role.
• You’re able to work with a wide range of data – promotional, run rates, trends and seasonality – and use demand planning software and your own judgement to achieve alignment.
