Customer Support Officer at Parcel Exchange


Parcel Exchange is a real-time online trading platform and access to a large community of members where independent owner drivers, courier companies, forwarders, transport companies, retailers and online shops post their availability status on a minute-by-minute basis. The platform allows members to post available loads, journey information and real time vehicle availability status, the system then matches available vehicles (using location/size/availability) with the load requirement and instantly sends a notification via email or SMS to members.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Ensure prompt response to customers' requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  • Monitor and maintain customer database.
  • Train Carriers and Sales Representative on parcel Exchange Applications and Assist clients to Upload Product seamslessly
  • Make Outbounds Calls to our clients.
  • Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate
  • Enlighten customers about the company's products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  • Provide first-level technical support services.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
  • She must Reside Around isolo,oshodi and mushin Lagos
  • She must be good with micrsoft Excel,word and others.
