Job Description

• KYH is a dynamic start up that is looking for an equally dynamic individual to fill in the big shoes of a Customer Support Officer.
• As a customer support officer, reaching out to customers as well as assisting them is paramount to your core function as the customers’ safety are the heart of our business.

Strategic Directive:

• Work as part of a team to help our customers through their journey with KYH applying initiative every step of the way with or without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records using designated systems
• Assist customers via multiple channels
• Update customer details as required
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and services
• Any other duties as directed by your line manager
• Note that as a startup, your duties may vary from time to time and we see this as a learning opportunity and hope you will too!

Qualification

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
