Job Summary

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our Customer Service team.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about our products, services, and customer service protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
