Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Possess basic math and cash management skills
  • Have the ability and desire to work nights and weekends
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training may substitute for some of the listed position qualifications
  • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Greet customers and present menus
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Arrange table settings

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience.

Salary
N50,000.00 / month.
