  • Performs administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
  • Coordinates company meetings, events and sessions with other department assistants
  • Preparing guests or client accommodations
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
  • Arranging for the delivery of domestic and international packages
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records, and reconciling bank accounts and wire transfers
  • Provide innovative ideas
  • Manage records of company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be a Female
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • A Degree in related course
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Experience in customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
