Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Representative with us, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our customer's online shopping experience.
  • We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping others, keenly knowledgeable about our products, and excited to contribute to a seamless digital purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, services, orders, and delivery.
  • Guide online customers through the purchasing process, assisting with product selection, order customization, and payment queries.
  • Handle complaints and returns professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Stay informed about our furniture collection, including details, materials, care instructions, and availability.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to update customers on delivery timelines, potential delays, or other related concerns.
  • Use the e-commerce platform's backend to track orders, manage returns, and update customer details.
  • Provide feedback to the e-commerce and product teams based on customer feedback and recurring issues.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to assist in seasonal promotions, offers, or loyalty programs.

Qualification & Skills

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear interactions with both team members and customers.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • A minimum experience of 2 years in customer serivce.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and very good skills in handling disputes and complaints in a calm, constructive and solution-oriented manner.

Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 / month.
