Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints. 
  • This role involves building strong relationships, maintaining a positive brand image, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
