We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Serve as contact between customers and the organization
  • Ensure that proper services are delivered to all Customers in a timely manner at all times
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts and make suitable recommendations using key metrics.
  • Monitor and track customer inquiries and complaint, ensuring follow-up and resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain a tracker on services provided and followup to ensure smooth servicing
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service standard and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a plus.
  • Minimum of a year experience in similar role
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skill
