OID Marketing Nigeria is a Fast Growing E-Commerce and Health Marketing Company in Ikeja, Lagos State. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Customer Care/Admin/Follow Up Assistant Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Description

  • Attend to Inbound and Outbound phone calls
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests on Company's Product and Services
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
  • OND/NCE in Marketing, Administration and related courses
Requirements:
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
