  • The suitable candidate must have proven track records in Sales and Operations
  • Should possess at least 10 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector) with a proven track record and ability to deliver sales.
  • Should currently reside in Lagos
  • Should be able to oversee Sales both in the Real Estate arm of the Business & Farm produce.

  • The ideal candidate must currently be working as a Business Development Officer in an Agriculture Company.
  • Growth and market position of the organization, including the development of business relationships that will positively impact the organization.
  • Sourcing of markets for the farm products
  • Maintaining customer relationships, locating and developing relationships with new clients in order to grow the business,
  • Creating and presenting material to clients
  • Identifying new trends in the industry
  • Advising the company on how to capitalize on market trends, enhancing the organization's reputation among clients and participating in pricing solutions.
Minimum Qualification
  • B.Sc./HND
  • MUST have 3-5 years experience in marketing/Sales of Agricultural Produce.
  • Good Networking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to close deals
  • Knowledge of the market
  • Strong presentation abilities self-motivation
  • Analytical skills when determining market trends
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude consistently
Salary Salary is very attractive with commission.     Job Title: Business Development Manager- Real Estate Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate must currently be working as a Business Development Manager in a Real Estate firm.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity and Sales Planning.
Minimum Qualification
  • B.Sc./HND
  • MUST have 7-10 years experience in marketing/Sales in Real Estate.
  • Candidate must be outspoken and able to communicate effectively.
  • Candidate should be able to supervise other sales team members
