  • Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with specifiers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement the company's core competencies
  • Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the other teams in preparing installation proposals.
  • Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
  • Assist in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction
  • Assist in promotional strategies and product development
  • Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral;
  • Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on the company and other assignments in a database;
  • Develop media packs as well as conduct conferences and trade shows;
  • Generate trade show passes, thank you letters, form letters for mailing mass brochures to prospective customers;
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and business line marketing calendars;
  • Manage marketing and media event budgets and arrange preparatory meetings for trade shows and seminars;
  • Prepare invitations, event agendas, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events;
  • Prepare press releases, company newsletter and event announcements;
  • Provide administrative aid for various projects related to the market, which includes project meeting schedules, minutes of a meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos;
  • Provide assistance in creating and enhancing the campaign list;
  • Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like seminars and trade shows;

  • Building and maintaining rapport with customers & industry users for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement PRECISE Lighting’s core competencies
  • Developing strategies and action plans to improve short and long terms profitability growth in sales revenue of Key accounts
  • Responsible for the selling activities with key customers, inclusive of customer interaction, prioritizing them effectively.
  • Demonstrating products to existing/potential customers and assists in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Planning and organizing a personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Working hand in hand with the inventory team.
Desired Qualities
  • A good degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • A minimum of B.Sc. Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy sales or customer service environment.
  • Hands on experience of ERPs (Quickbook)
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Job Title: Content Developer Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Writing, Content Marketing
  • The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and this entails advanced mastery of spoken and written English.
  • You would be involved in writing and publishing articles (including video scripts) and product descriptions for the company website, uploading new products and updating the website with new sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Data Analysis, Analytics
  • Successful candidate will collect monthly data relating to the company sales.
  • Support and coordinate the updating of the company revenue dashboard and consolidate reporting on registered sales.
  • Undertake monthly verification of sales by interpreting and analyzing collected data.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by the supervising manager.
  • The successful candidate should have an eye for clean design and possess superior user-interface design skill. The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker with a strong design sense and an eye for making things better.
  • The candidate must understand how to design graphics using photoshop and other design tools.
  • You are expected to be able to employ various online and offline media tools in preparing, planning and maximizing the promotion of the company brand.
  • This includes the use of social media pages especially instagram, E-mail marketing, pay-per click advertising on search engines, video commercials, sponsored blogposts and more.
  • The candidate must be conversant with this marketing strategy and have a working knowledge of the various software tools such as DELIVRA, ONTRAPORT and HUBSPOT etc.
  • He/she is also expected to harness the available tools to ensure that the business of the company reaches a wide range of the company’s existing and prospective customers.
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • The successful candidate will ensure that the SEO marketing strategy is employed to ensure maximum reach to customer.
  • You will do this by ensuring a user-friendly URL for the company website, improving website speed, publishing fresh and outstanding content frequently and doing regular keyword search to keep abreast with current consumption trend.
