Job Title: Integrated Management System Administrator
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop, create and maintain document contents based on the organization’s approved templates and formats and document procedures by employing the standard document modification, formatting and automation features;
- Assist departments in the development of document or content metadata to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval;
- Retrieve documents from various units/departments, format and transform prior import into the electronic management system software;
- Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems;
- Assist to develop or configure document management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures;
- Consult with end users regarding problems in electronic content features of the documents;
- Implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems based on requirements. This include updating and maintaining the master control register;
- Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities;
- Able to produce statistical reports on Status of Information Content Management across all departments;
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Information management security, document management system and document use/ compliance in all areas of work and departments.
- Awareness of IMS implementation issues e.g. absence management, discipline etc.;
- Command of the English language including grammar, spelling and punctuation;
- Major IT Skills (Computer literate) to include Microsoft office tools (InfoPath, Word, Excel etc.) Adobe tools; Microsoft.NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Basic, etc.
- Ability to produce a range of reports and statistical information;
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Sound organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and react at short notice;
- Self-Motivated and willing to learn new processes;
- The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contractors and others in the course of their duties;
- Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;
- Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;
- Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.
Education and Qualifications
- A University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft office tools, Microsoft Share-point Content Management;
- Knowledge ERP software will be an added Advantage;
- NYSC or NYSC Exemption certificate required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience with 2 years in managing IMS/Share-Point software;
- Experience in a high paced business environment delivering successful IMS support;
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations in a professional manner.
Proposed Salary
Job Title: Agency Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Liaison with government agencies on the base etc. Customs, Immigration and NPA in order to facilitates smooth running of operations;
- Liaison between these agencies and the company’s management regarding what they need and what they do not need;
- Facilitating the issuance of RE-ENTRY VISA and Cerpac for expatriates through NEPZA (Nigeria Export Processing Zone Authority) Regulatory Agency for the Free Zone;
- Co-coordinating NEPZA and the agencies to work harmoniously with one another without hitches;
- Organize crew change for clients’ crew members on board vessels in conjunction with the Nigeria Immigration Service;
- Liaise with government Authorities/Agencies for update on operational procedures in the Nigerian Export Processing Zones;
- Process travel/immigration documents of all expatriate members;
- Keeping proper records of all immigration facilities and update in various expatriate file;
- Preparing monthly statistics and update of all immigration activities in the electronic filing;
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Salary
N120,000/Month.
