Sunmei International is a hotel chain franchise group that originated in China in 2010 and started its business operation in Africa in 2018 with the goal of becoming the largest hotel management group in Africa. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job Title: Hotel General Manager Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for hotel operation and management, and responsible for coordinating and deploying various departments for implementation;
  • Responsible for the daily operation management of hotel, including the formulation and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies, the establishment of hotel comprehensive management system, business processes and operation standards, etc.;
  • Responsible for the relationship and coordination of the regional government departments, media and relevant interest groups where the hotel located;
  • Responsible for management of echelon construction, training and development of talent team.
  • According to the requirements of the group's strategy and operating budget, achieve the hotel's various operating and management indicators;
  • Guide and supervise the operation and management of each hotel project, and improve the overall efficiency, service quality and business performance of the organization
Requirements
  • Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad;
  • Over 8 years of hotel development, preparation and operation management experience; International hotel management group experience;
  • Familiar with hotel operation and management system, and have a unique understanding of hotel management;
  • Comprehensive management experience and ability, able to properly handle emergencies;
  • Strong communication and coordination ability and innovation ability.
      Job Title: Client Management Supervisor Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Managing on-line clients information;
  • Call back to clients to answer their questions and inquire their demands;
  • Analyze Clients project and facilitate the agreement of investigation;
  • Arrange Business Development employees to visit clients and make investigations on site;
  • Contacting the clients have been visited by Business Development employees to ensure the reality of investigations and gather feedbacks from clients;
  • Work based on the immediate Supervisor's directive.
Job Requirements
  • Have great interest in hotel industry;
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
  • Strong learning ability, quickly adapt to the new environment and new skills;
  • Work methodically, with a sense of responsibility, professional, serious to client's inquiries;
  • Experience managing a small team;

      Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Responsible for the formation and management of the BD team;
  • Responsible for the development and the maintaining of the group hotel brand to ensure the achievement of the expansion goal;
  • Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer needs, and finally facilitating signing;
  • Responsible for expanding the company's information channels and expanding the market share of the Group& international hotels.
Requirements
  • Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad;
  • Familiar with the local market, more than 3 years of market sales or expansion experience. With large and medium-sized enterprises, tourism services, Internet companies, brand management companies, multinational management experience is preferred;
  • Have good communication skills and clients handling capabilities.
      Job Title: Group Operation Manager Location: Lagos Job Descriptions
  • Develop long and short-term plans for the group and be fully responsible for the operation of all franchising hotels
  • Responsible for formulating the strategic planning and operation strategies, standardization, and ensuring the implementation of the company's operational management standards, and enhancing brand reputation;
  • Responsible for the revenue, service quality, customer experience of all franchising hotels in Nigeria;
  • Responsible for the construction of the operation management team and the development of reserve talents for the company;
  • Report to CEO.
Qualifications
  • University bachelor degree or above, Hotel Management, Tourism Management or other related majors, certificate of studying abroad is preferred
  • More than 10 years working experience in high-star hotels or hotel management groups, more than 6 years working experience in management positions;
  • Have career dreams and passions, self-motivation, and can motivate the team and the other employees;
  • Excellent communication skills, have good influence skills, know how to find and coordinate resources to reach the goal.
